Abdurauf I. Sawadjaan holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Structural Engineering, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Sta. Mesa, Manila. As a Licensed Master Plumber, Safety Officer 2, and DPWH Accredited Materials Engineer I, he brings a well-rounded set of skills to every project.

With a focus on delivering sustainable, efficient, and structurally sound solutions, Abdurauf ensures that every phase of a project—from concept and design to construction and completion—is managed with precision. Combining advanced design tools and strict adherence to engineering standards, his consultancy provides clients with dependable results that prioritize safety and quality.

Engr. Junievin R. Ramillano is currently taking his degree in Master of Science in Civil Engineering, major in Transportation Engineering, at the University of the Philippines - Diliman. He is a former instructor at Western Mindanao State University, former lecturer at Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University and Ateneo de Zamboanga University.

He is a licensed Civil Engineer and Safety Officer 3, and an Associate Member of the Transportation Science Society of the Philippines. He attended various transportation-related trainings including the Special Course on Urban Transport Planning and Management at UP School of Urban and Regional Planning, and Traffic Administration Course and Road Safety Audit at UP National Center for Transportation Studies.

Engr. Faizal Al-Noor A. Hasiman is a Civil Engineer and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Zamboanga. He is a DPWH-Accredited Provisional Project Engineer, DPWH-Accredited Materials Engineer I, and Safety Officer III.

He served as Manager and Supervisor of Alraf Construction & Enterprises Inc. from 2019 to 2025, overseeing construction operations and project execution, handling site inspections, progress evaluations, project planning and design, surveying, materials quality control, cost estimation, scheduling, and project coordination.

He has contributed to the completion of major infrastructure projects, including the Zamboanga City Bypass and Diversion Road, the Zamboanga Bypass Road with bridge and slope protection works, and the construction and rehabilitation of flood-mitigation facilities along the Tumaga River Basin in Zamboanga City.
